Process
You’re involved from the first conversation to launch.
Our process is simple: understand the problem, agree on the scope, then build the system with you, showing working versions along the way so there are no surprises at the end.
- Phase 1
Before we start
We make sure we understand the problem before anything is built or priced.
- Phase 2
Building
You see the system take shape and help steer it while it is being built.
- Phase 3
Launch and after
We finish carefully and stay available once the system is in use.
Phase 1
Before we start
Initial inquiry
You tell us about your business and what you need, through the project form or by email.
Requirements discussion
A conversation about how you work today, where things break down, and what the system should do.
Project scope
We write down the modules, features, user roles, and deliverables so both sides agree on what is being built.
Quotation
A clear price and timeline based on the agreed scope, with no tiers or hidden extras.
Approval
You review the scope and quotation. Work begins once you approve.
Phase 2
Building
UI/UX planning
We map the screens and flows and agree on how the system should feel to the people using it.
Development
We build the system module by module, starting with what matters most to your operations.
Working demo
You use a working version of the system, not slides or static pictures.
Client feedback
You tell us what works, what is unclear, and what should change.
Iterative refinements
We refine the system and demo it again, repeating until the agreed requirements are met.
Phase 3
Launch and after
Testing
We test features, roles, and data handling, and fix the issues we find.
Final approval
You confirm the system meets the agreed requirements and objectives.
Deployment
We set up hosting, configure security where applicable, and put the system live.
Support
Post-launch technical support, documentation, and help as your team settles in.
Demos and revisions
You see the system working before it’s finished.
During development you get working versions of your system to try. You tell us what to change, we refine it, and we show you again until the agreed requirements and objectives are satisfied.
Refinements apply to the agreed project scope. If you decide you need something new along the way, we’ll tell you plainly whether it fits the scope or should be quoted separately.
